Sara Di Lustro - LCAM, Coral Springs Office

Sara Di Lustro brings more than 15 years of experience to Waterford Properties & Real Estate. She has managed condominium associations and high-rise communities, along with residential investment properties. Most recently she oversaw a 338-unit high-rise condominium through a $25 million structural recertification. That project covered roofing, elevators, electrical and fire alarm upgrades, and parking lot reconstruction. Sara was the Board's main link to the engineers, contractors, attorneys and residents from the first bid to the final permit closeout. Before that, she managed a portfolio of 15 condominium associations and led a $1 million concrete restoration.

Sara grew up in southern Italy, Ischia, an island in the Gulf of Naples and moved to the United States in 2002. She is fluent in Italian and speaks conversational Spanish. She holds her Florida CAM and real estate licenses and is a Florida Notary Public. She also gives her time to the community as an IRS-certified VITA volunteer tax preparer and a member of Pompano Beach's Community Emergency Response Team.

Boards and residents know Sara for her energy and her spunk, and she loves solving problems. If money were no object, she would spend it bringing health care to people in countries where it is hard to get.
